However, the problem is that it is not so much used as it is abused. Totally agree with you when you say that Unions receive sympathy when they should be behind bars. Freedom of speech does not give one the right to slur someone for one’s benefit. Probably, some landmark results from trials in the developed countries need to be implemented as laws in India to help rectify the situation.
