The talk is all about “younger elected chaps”, “so many ministries to DMK”, “so and so not begging for a ministry” etc. Why not computerize the selections?

I guess it would be useless utopia to expect someone to come up with a job description, and match the possible candidates.

While in my experience, most interviews are conducted for weeding out as opposed to selecting, here they seem to invite the weeds themselves ….
