					<description><![CDATA[I think short-term savings result in long-term deficits that are difficult to overcome, everytime.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looks like TP is providing some pretty accurate reasons why it doesn&#039;t work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&#039;d like to see organizations take the bold, audacious step of building efficiency and effectiveness before it becomes an urgent issue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keep up the good work!]]></description>

<p>Looks like TP is providing some pretty accurate reasons why it doesn&#39;t work.</p>
<p>I&#39;d like to see organizations take the bold, audacious step of building efficiency and effectiveness before it becomes an urgent issue.</p>
