That hope needs to be stoked, for it is but a flame, that needs to be prodded on.

40 years is a long time. And many times in my solitary walks i think of life and its purposes. Some like the Doctor have a purpose to cure.

Some like this patient, has a purpose too. To teach science through personal suffering.

A lot of care and expenditure is required but till date no cure. Even research though done as explained in KHaled's case, not much complete breakthrough. Many a time, parents and relatives give up.

Put small things in place,and the big things will be taken care of..
