Where was the need for Mukesh to flash this so called pseudo cut in his salary in the newspapers ? And given the fact that dividends were taxed at one time, that the tax rules keep changing, and that many a times the rules are changed to suit these guys, does this mean that dividends are never likely to be taxed again ?
