					<description><![CDATA[where would one not really be fooled by randomness... arent there grateful families who work hard, toil hard and learn and deliver in positions they are appointed? dont we recruit for the attitude and not always for some certain skill-sets? agreed that HR grammar wud raise a flag in this gesture but probability would deem it a 50% good-bad chance. &lt;br /&gt;ultimately its a human &#039;resource&#039; from a human &#039;being&#039; and that evaluation would anyway be monetised, one time pay-off or continued employment.. in any case wouldnt the irony hold true?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saptarshi]]></description>
