Dear Sir,

It has always been the perspectives on issues which matters more than the issue in itself. That make the differene.

Within the digital world that we live in,for sure blogs are one of the best means to express perspectives.

For us, who have been your students and those who have thoroughly enjoyed listening your perspectives and the way you present a case in point would always be eager to know what 'does vsp sir' have to say on this.

Having said that - let me also be honest (atleast for myself for sure) i do get the feel of 'familiarity breeds contempt'. And in such momennts, i prefer to visit blogs once a while, so that I can appreciate it more.

Let me be also truthful that it is essentially laziness to push oneself to know more that stops me (for sure) to look out for views rather than anything else.

With the new year, hope the quest to know more is sincerely kindled.

Cheers
Ramanathan

Sir, your blogs have always proved to be of immense help to us as young HRM practitioners and also as vigilant countrymen. Like your recent blog-post on Two Cases of Exit Policy gives us insights on the issues directly affecting the existance & prosperity of our industries; earlier posts written on Shiney Ahuja, Bhopal Gas Leak disaster provoke us to think about the society we are living in. Sir, we do look forward to reading your blogs. Please keep writing and enlightening us.. Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy new year..
