I experienced a week long Action Reflection Learning Workshop….Which challenges the conventional thoughts on class room Learning.

To my surprise, almost all participants were struggling (cribbing) to learn, to reflect….

Where does the onus to learn lie ?

Research has shown that people peg themselves on an above average to good scale in terms of performance.When one is nominated for training the nominees sense their managers not sharing the same view.
So Nature seems to be one up than Nurture as far as training goes!
