I saw the Bill, but am yet to see the notification of the Act. The changes do provide for a removal of the ceiling of Rs.4000 which pegged the limit of compensation paid particularly for those drawing more salary. Moreover, in the Act, clerical employees were also not covered. The Amendment provided for the larger coverage.
