Really sad, you know I did my block placement in my MILS days at Raymond, I learnt the importance of a personnel guy (sorry in todays world he is HR professional!!)knowing shopl floor processes, this unit has created some kind of history on BIR Act, by changing the status of a recognized Union, all will be forgotten and will become a part of history. Mills are going, Malls are coming up for "Shopping Experience" with young collegians moving around on Mobiles, this is all false sense of well being. Very sad, I am nostalgic, but thats all I can do.

Lovely read sir ! Well woven with the punch, humour and distraught that all of us feel.

I have stopped reading the TOI for it was just way too much of this. Only to discover that others are playing catch up. But they are not yet there, and until then, newspaper reading survives. One day, i am sure, i will stop.

There are a whole heap of people who not much of credit is given. Nothing is talked of. That seems to be the nature of the beast.

I didnt realise that i share something so personal with Katrina. Oops, that also makes me close to Kasab and Kalmadi..! Now now.., lets end the discussion here !
