In one of his classes, he made a point that there is a short supply of people who can be effective &#039;Undertakers&#039; for a factory or an IR issue. Very few people take up the task of closing a factory or people who know when and how to end a fight. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thought his point went with the first question, so commenting.
