Since I have been closely associated with Shri Nek Chand Saini and his creation " The rock garden" I am sure he had his reason for the warning post. The Rock garden has been designed around the Nalla which feeds the Sukhna lake and it is quite possible that there are flash pours/Choos whenever it rains.
I hope you have enjoyed your trip.Now that I stay in Hyderabad the posted snap made me home sick.
