Thereafter he approached a Shiv sena Leader to claim more money from the management. He wanted Gratuity Payment, in spite of the fact that he had served for a period for less than 4 years and was not entitled for such gratuity payment. Now that political person is interfering in the matter for such unreasonable demands and harassment to the industry.
This must be stopped immediately.
