					<description><![CDATA[AP really did lot of things which were offbeat and which got taught under the name of various theories in management colleges!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is such practices that made AP one of the first companies in India to sign productivity linked settlement with workmen and Bhandup plant one of the few (i guess 2) factories on LBS Marg in Mumbai which survived the (in)famous bombay textile strike of early 80s.]]></description>
