Being a part of the campus placements makes me experience that every bit of it is true. But then what is it that the recruiters assess, apart from checking that the CV meets the qualification criteria?
Many people say interview is a test of your personality. What aspect of the personality is it that they are able to judge in a few minutes and take a decision?

Its a shot in the dark, chances of hit& miss are equal.
Organizations, as well as selectors forget these extremely important "concomitant supportive actions".. these are imperative to any new joinee's success, let alone a fresh graduate! Also, there is definitely a need to rethink our own expectations from a workplace.. after graduating from premium institutions, we get a little high headed too soon..

I miss school Sir! Life was simple & so much fun…
