Apathy is, even before the Delhi Case is settled, a Bhagalpur case has started making news.

Hence I comment only on the challenge posed by you for cartoonist. I think it is an impossible act; no cartoonist can do that job. Any caricature has to show some expressions and that is precisely impossible to do so while drawing Manmohan Singh. Our famous authour P.L. Deshpande made a mockery of a personality called "Sthitapradnya" in his play 'Tuze Ahe Tuzpashi'. The wore means a man who has gone beyond chores of human (emotions) life and reached 'nirvana'; PL made a deliberate fun of it to draw home a point that the spiritual concepts must remain at best the concepts and mortals should not go to the ridiculous length to achieve the impossible. PL is proven dead wrong by Manmohan Singh!

But it has become too frequent and too violent for us to keep quite and try to keep it under wraps.

I wonder if female foeticide has a direct connection with the rise of such cases…..
