Sursh Ogale writes:
As is customary,well crafted.
We had telecon. You know my comments.
Let me summarise so that it helps one way or the other.
A.. Companies with power connections manage I R differently.
b.. I.R. In traditional sense is nearly dead. Money deals make the new I. r. Rest is facade.
c.. High tech sector have no unions n outdated labour laws r not applicable.thank God for that.
D.. Government employees are unionised n that I R needs tackling. The model also needs to include such employees.
E.. Co operative sector still works on patronising way.this needs inclusion.
F... The MNC,s work on IR a bit on principles.and so is the case with professional companies like Marico,Asian paints and the likes
g.. The actors .. Personnel managers of today get foxed when presented with real life ir issues and in my experience do not stand up for justice and long term relationship building. Myopic vision coupled with short term stay further distances them.
h.. New world ir will also have to borrow from old world ir of being genuine, respecting one another for they are and not for raw power, muscle power, money power.
