Dear Sir,

I attended your session and at the end congratulated myself for investing my time for your session.
It was very interesting, introspective and rich in terms of content. I could relate to most of the stories shared and now understand better why people stop learning. One of the questions related to people development on the learn, earn and return stage is something that I'm still debating within. Well positioned and beautifully articulated.

Thanks
Bijitha

Dear Vivek Sir,

I read this article. In today's competitive world I hardly see the thrust from the management for employee learning. After reading your article now I realize that this will really lead to people development. I have seen both the sides of management. Your views have given me more clarity.

Thanks a lot,
Anand G Patil

Vivek, very interesting. Learning has always been a very important aspect of life, especially when learning is driven by increasing self-esteem, it sure helps our growth. We see a lot of instances, like Asha and Parikh. Developing people without being obtrusive goes a long way and, therefore, coaching and mentoring is popular.

VSP, I read this with great interest. Two points :
1. Today, by shear good fortune and encouragement from some well wishers, I have had a wonderful second innings for last 8 years as an Executive Coach...I also have been part of Assessment Centres and Development Centres as I graduated to be an Executive Coach. This innings was possible only because I became a 'student' again to graduate. The article resonates extremely well, hence.
2. I have friend from the IT industry who refers to a term "learning arrogance" and strongly feels the successful IT industry executives have this attribute, unfortunately, in abundance. That comes in the way he says in not opting to become a "student" at various points in life again. This article would be a great reference for them.
Thanks & Warm Regards.
