Like you said...we cannot have the same labour laws that have been more inclined towards manufacturing employees for ITES employees...agreed..but somewhere I get the feeling....(I maybe wrong) in its enthusiasm to make things easier and transparent for the employers and the investors...this government is making it more difficult for the workmen, employees.We need a strong united front of employees which encourages industry and enterprise and yet protects fairness, right to work etc...dont know will that happen, if such a utopian order is possible.. in such a divisive society as ours.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will your next article throw some light on what should be the progressive laws for ITES sectors...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. My son told me that the actor who played Steve also tried Steve&#039;s diet and had pancreatic issues just keeping with a fruit diet. I will not be surprised that like students like to use their highlighter on text-books to get an illusion of mastery; leaders in corporate IT services firms tend to take the &#039;accusatory&#039; and &#039;fire&#039; route as did Steve. John Sculley once a soda salesman tried his had with Steve. In India, the social stigma of job loss is greater in a society that is also economically insecure. An action is to be viewed in context. Leadership in India&#039;s IT sector has been long on test, and their poverty of innovative ideas for managing intangible assets in safe and conservative services strategies will haunt it soon. To imagine that leaders are rewarded for their courage to fire people is to know that the ship is in stormy waters.]]></description>
