					<description><![CDATA[As usual, well crated and thought provoking article!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Changes such as Make In India, Nation-wide Min Wage Policy, Labor reforms, entry / expansion of foreign players, buoyant economy in next 12-18 months will bring the employers and unions to thresh hold of conflicts arising out of these changes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For instance, a ER expert opined that there would be spate of factory closures of mid size units once the approval limit for factory closure is enhanced to 300 workmen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Theory suggests that there 3 ways to resolve conflicts: dominance, compromise and integration. Armed with new government&#039;s active support for manufacturing explosion, there is a possibility of resurgence of aggressive employer phenomenon. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But then with power, comes responsibility.]]></description>
