These are the reasons why this system won&#039;t work. It&#039;s also why organisations hesitate to be ignorant. I dream of a day when people know exactly how their bonuses are calculated. Very few can say that with confidence these days. Respect to those business owners who had the guts to do what was necessary!]]></description>
