Never has the time or the moment been more appropriate than now to take a call and start reviewing our archaic value systems. Both Employer and Employee have to share a collective responsibility to create an environment of Trust, Integrity and Flexibility coupled with pragmatism. Changes in much anticipated Labor Laws would merely create an ecosystem but the onus primarily lies on the Employer and Employee to sustain it.
