However, role of Local Management in guiding  MNCs on workers&#039; Representation and its business effects, needs deeper Scrutiny too. Complete attitudnal change in workers while the process of registration is on-going, also aggravates the situation.]]></description>

On one side we talk of code of conduct, fairness and transparency and legality while on the other hand , large organizations blatantly disregard their professed policies and choose to behave in highly questionable and highhanded manner. Who gains in this? Will the trust which is broken , ever be repaired? can relationships ever reach an even keel, with such a history? Sad indeed]]></description>
