Good Companies giving more than Rs.10000/- P.M. Stipend & Welfare benefits to these NEEM Trainees (viz free Canteen, Uniform, Night Allowance, even some companies giving them Extended benefit of ESIC as social security and bear the contribution on their part too).
Please share the PIL documents for reference and decision in this regard.

I thank you Mr. patwardhan bringing out the facts on the Neem. I am in complete in line with your views that scheme’s are meant for Noble cause but our own fraternity misuse it. Though the facts may not be fully correct but by and large it’s true. I was against the scheme from a word go and never ever in support of it, the moment I understood the employers perspective.

Shramik Ekta Mahasangh has filled Public Intrest Litigation against NEEM scheme is true. But the information in your blog is not 1oo% true.
The photos you uploaded are very old and that man in your pics Mr. Dhokale who was Ex President of Shramik Ekta Mahasangh (SEM) is not connected with SEM from 2016.

One more important thing is that, there was an amendment in said NEEM scheme which allows employer to keep the trainees for 36 months instead of 24 months and the age limit for higher side is increased up to 40 yrs.from 35

Dear Sir, pls don’t take it otherwise, you help us lots in past and we need your help on future also……
