					<description><![CDATA[So what&#039;s the answer? How much is enough? What should be the role of the Govt? As such, the latter has proposed revision of  minimum wages to 18000. However, the same might pose a challenge especially to the manufacturing sector to comply with the increase. 

I reckon standard of living becomes highly subjective at some point. Therefore, we need to examine the all the necessary factors influencing standard of living and then come to a rational conclusion. 

Easier said than done, though.
