So simple they were and so connected with the ground realities. Today there is unequal distribution of wealth and I believe that the largest wage disparities are in India. Our minimum wage is not a living wage. We need to stop looking at wages as costs and focus on what is the value that wage earners create. Increase that value and pay people well.
