R. Kuchelar for more than 30 years. He is great leader who brought democracy in Trade Unions and almost demolished multiple unions in many places in Tamilnadu.I have never seen such a honest man in public life like Mr.Kuchelar. He has very high degree of tolerance and patience throughout his trade union career which is very rare quality. Even at the age 86 he works very hard for the benefit of working class.
