Sujata ji has really done lot of work on this .
if we look back at leaders to whom we respect , they all have these three points in common along with few other virtues.
Integrity ,commitment , courage , energy , determination ,ability to walk alone , selflessness , ability to give hope and ability to make it happen, total clarity etc. are making leaders. These points make leaders trust worthy for their followers. Great leaders make greater followers than themselves .
