In a country where unorganized sector does the maximum percentage of work it is impossible to put a stop to these practices. Big corporate companies employ unethical lawyers and also bribe government authorities to find cheaper solutions to all labour related issues. Most of the times the union leaders are also part of the vicious nexus. Hope all these practices come to an end with stricter enforcement of these laws instead of being on paper or academic purposes only...]]></description>
