Thanks for sharing this well written article -excellent examples add to the learning .
Confident Humility is a new term learnt now. The mirror has always been there -its what use I make of it.
Going before a Court every 3 yrs – like the electorate that political Leaders have to face every 5 years.
I always believe that Humility flows with Competence …just like the a high decibel presentation is hardly needed if results are there to see.

Makes me think! Makes me ponder on many parts (1) It is ok to be uncertain about your tools your craft. It possibly means that you are trying new things. (2) Maybe we all go through the different boxes as we traverse and grow in our lives. As we gain expertise in an area and as we then take on a higher challenge. Alebit never saying it is always done this way can help us avoid the dreaded blind arrogance box 🙂
