His book Fourth Eye is well worth reading. He was considered among other things, an expert on Creativity. His workshops on Creativity were really something to remember. As for the Dunning Kruger effect, I can think of a few closer who suffer from it and thanks to them, they make so many others suffer. There should be a term invented to describe the victims of DK effect leaders.

It kind of snowballs from talking about things like “how they could have played in that match, (even though I have never played with a season ball)” to “this person is the only one who can carry this country (even though they have a history of creating terror in the past on the name of religion but at least it won’t affect my religion).” Does not make any sense but kind of makes us so entitled that it fogs reality.
