Insightful post sir. The phrase “We don’t just identify with our own group; we disidentify with our adversaries,” is so relevant. This breeds extremist mindset. Sometimes I feel too much certainty about oneself, own thoughts it actually an unexplored deep sense of insecurity. Not to be vulnerable. Not to be open to be corrected. So I stick to what I know.

Loved your extension of grant rethinking in everything.
In management it’s difficult even to mention it as it will be a disaster as everyone has already fixed their roles. It’s partly true.
The worst is in any cult , be it religeous, polytical, or phylosophical…!
Rethinking is a crime.

Rethinking means redoing
unlearning ,letting go and so many behaviors that we have consciously stopped practicing because it means investment of time and mind and also shaking up your ego.

Will definitely read the book .
