I attended Mashaal 2024.It truly is a wonderful experience. As healthcare professionals, there is a lack of time, yet sheer deficit of working on self reflection and team building. Maybe we take it for granted while we give our best to manage our patients’ lives and diseases. Little do we realise how these less-dwelled-on topics can make us more effective and efficient in our work and thus helping our patients multifold.
Sir, reading this reminded me what an educative and fun time I had.
Thank you all.

Thanks for sharing Sir about “Mashaal” initiative. Very inspiring. Loved the line “Purpose of Life is Life of Purpose”. It has deep and widespread meaning as I reflect on this play of words. I feel the moment one finds his/ her Purpose, it becomes the driving force of one’s existence. I will be happy to support pro-bono any which way I can contribute to “Mashaal”. Warm regards

We met at the Mashaal workshop in Anandwan, and I still clearly recall that meeting. Anandwan holds a special place in my heart, not only for its beautiful surroundings but also for the transformative conversations and connections that took place during that workshop. The memories we created together are truly cherished. Thank you for reminding me of that wonderful time. I hope our paths cross again soon..

I value the focus on primary greatness and leading a purposeful life. Mashaal’s focus on helping healthcare professionals align their goals, relationships, and rejuvenation methods is invaluable. It’s heartening to know that the efforts of the Mashaal team are bearing fruit.

It is truly inspiring to witness the unwavering success of the Mashaal program, particularly in light of the profound loss we experienced with the passing of our dear friend and leader, Dr. Sheetal Amte. The resilience and unwavering dedication of the Mashaal team are truly commendable.

As I understand and have heard from you, it’s a well designed program for self reflection and self renewal.
Such a program for Medical practitioners is something very much needed considering the yeoman work many of them do.

I loved the objectives and especially the idea of reminding Doctors to always look at the higher purpose of life.

The lines “The most difficult decisions are not made in the corporate world; they are made in the clinics and operations theatres by the doctors and surgeons. Those are the decisions of life and death” are the most striking and speaks volumes of the contributions of our Doctors.

Congratulations on the fifth anniversary and wishing this mission many more.

Congratulations to Sujata, Dr. Roy for their invaluable contributions.

And also to the well hidden behind the screens Mr. Vivek Patwardhan for the inspiration he always provides to anything that he is associated with.

Proud of all of you.
