					<description><![CDATA[There is no any other solution other than connecting with people directly. But a lot of caution need to be taken by CEO. 

Because many times wrong reporting can be done. So it is very tedious task to filter the information which CEO received and act on it. Many times, CEO don&#039;t have a time to verify information. 

It depends on individual that how you deal with information received. I have seen many senior professionals act on wrong perceptions without verifying information.

CEO can use principle of Management by walking around. 
Management by walking around refers to a style of business management which involves managers wandering around, in an unstructured manner, through the workplace, at random, to check with employees, or on the status of ongoing work. The emphasis is on the word wandering as an unplanned movement within a workplace, rather than a plan where employees expect a visit from managers at more systematic, pre-approved or scheduled times.

The expected benefit is that a CEO will understand what is going on merely by observation and can understand pulse of employees over period of time.]]></description>

Taking a salary for 8 hours work and delivering 5 or 6 hours to me is corruption. Wasting office time and engaging others to waste their time is corruption. Taking office stationery home is corruption. At some level, not expressing contrary opinions as you want to appear a cooperating employee is corruption.
I beg to differ with the statement big companies. Big or small corruption is widespread and rampant. 
Unfortunately today values such as integrity and honesty are considered passe in the race to get ahead, I remember as children people with low morals and questionable sources of their income were socially ostracized. Today once you have money, no one questions its origin. I think the main problem lies there.
So it is not the CEO who is to blame, but each and every employee who turns a blind eye to his colleagues unethical behavior. While whistleblowing policy exists how many people come fw to speak about wrong doings when they know their annadata company is bleeding?]]></description>
