My Lens – July 2024 In Focus
Here is the first edition of My Lens blog-posts. I intend to bring to you one blog post every month showing photographs which I clicked in that month. It will be all about what My Lens brought in Focus in that month. That explains the title.
The truth be told. I have closed and deleted my Facebook account. So no more publishing my photographs there.
I publish a few photographs on my X account. Here is the link But an amateur photographer wants to show many more.
Okay, enough introduction, let me begin now. Here are three photographs of cats.
Shivani (daughter of my niece) loves her cats, and I too love them as long as they maintain a small distance.
Cats pose for photographs but not this cat, Nargis!
And I had never seen ducks climbing up steps.
Waiting at the airport ….
This Church in Jamshedpur is more than a hundred years old! Beautiful it is.
Contrast it with this recently built traffic island in Thane
Here is a busy food stall near a temple
When I landed in Mumbai and was on my way home, there was a heavy downpour
The rains continued the next day ….
And kudos to Sunita, an employee of Starbucks at Viviana Mall who went out of her way to help me. Thanks a million, Sunita.
Stacy Martin says, ‘Photography can be a way into worlds and memories that words sometimes fail to convey.’ So true! What say you, my friends?

Amazing photos. I was missing your photo walks on FB. Good idea and look forward to your monthly lens in focus.
Thanks & regards
Very nice pictures Sir. The ‘ducks’ are actually geese. Love the photo of raindrops on the mesh and the man waiting at the airport (?). Very artistic.
It’s incredible how you capture so much through your lens, Sir!
