Closure happens when one apologises for one’s mistake. Real closure for an individual happens when after apologising for one’s mistakes, one forgives himself for whatever done. Being vulnerable, not letting the ego come up and forgiving oneself accepting one is human is one of the ways to stop bleeding internally.
