Where they exist, it demands Hefty Kickbacks to secure a job, MSEB, Police, Any Govt jobs, kickback amounts are 15 to 20 Lkh Rs! Also Union protection has dwindled. A generation post 1950 to year 2000 enjoyed a joy ride in employment. Now no more. A real plight for less talented!!
