Dear Vivek,
Many thanks for sharing the journey and outstanding contribution of Adam Master in providing housing to thousands of needy workers .
The Leadership he has displayed in very laudable. He is the best example of a Leader who ‘ knows the way, walks the way and then shows the way’ . His ability to draw support from both government regimes is ample proof that ” Where there is a will, there is a Way”.
We have leaders all across-but need more Resilient and delivery-oriented leaders like Adam Master

Every time I read your blog post, it provokes my thought. When you mentioned 12 hours work when the canteen workers used to stay in the canteen, it reminded me a post by a lawyer today who wants typist or data entry operators for 12 hours (and I am sure he won’t pay 1.5 times of the minimum wages and he won’t pay more than 12 to 15K) that’s the exploitation. Unfortunately, we don’t have leaders (In politics) like Adam master. Getting a home in 40K (even if it is valued in today’s rate, it is max at 2 lakhs. Even 5 lakhs won’t be more than 15 Lakhs in today’s values. You rightly said Good leaders are great influencers.

The photos helped us “see” the houses sitting in our home. The Adam Master’s Ray Project is well conceived, with adequate natural light and good layout. A house is indeed the best security a worker and his family can have. Kudos to such pathbreakers in society who make this possible of the strata which is usually deprived these privileges.
