Vivekji thanks for your excellent review of ‘OTP Please’. Vandana’s narrative is lucid, informative and opens up various facets of the platform economy, even to a lay reader. I hope the millenium and Gen Z generation will also read the book and spare a thought for the countless, nameless workers who satiate their needs for convenient transport, food and other services through digital apps. The platform workers need their empathy and support for decent working conditions as co human beings.
