Dear Vivek, Many thanks for sharing the journey of Mr Keshav Gholave - very inspiring I have sat in Forums and was impressed by the work done and achievements whilst he leading the Union of a reputed Company in Pune . A benchmark in progressive Management-Union relationship and work in those times . A Management which had positioned him as a poster boy …over years found him a hot potato and sacked him - Industrial Relations is dynamic indeed .
