I accessed Alternative Perspective [Link], a blog of Dr. Madhukar Shukla, Prof of OB at XLRI, and read the post ‘Alchemy of Inequity – A Photo Essay’.
I am posting two pictures but you would like to see all.

The mine workers and the other unorganised workers are in bad shape.None of the union leaders are interested and I am told there exists a local mafia that rules the roost here. Hence exploitation will be the order of the day. Sad but true.
